Just hung up the phone with Dan. He said mark today. I said what about today that is so special other than a huge snowstorm is here, and I have to drive through rush hour traffic in this huge storm? Dan said, "Kioni reads today." I said, "What? How does she read?"
We have alphabet magnets on the fridge. Dan put N O together and asked her what that was, she said, "No." Then he put Y E S together and asked her what that was, she said, "Yes." Then he put B U S together, Kioni looked at it and said, "Bus."
My 22 month old girl is reading!!! I almost have teary eyes when Dan told me. She is growing up, so fast......
