Kioni is terrified by the Caterpiller, no, not the real thing, rather, a blow up long tunnel looking thing at gym class. She was scared of it because there was wind blowing from the entertrance of the tunnel, and she doesn't like it.
She was so terrified of it, that last time when she was at gym class, the "caterpiller" was just "sleeping". It was not inflated, just rolled up in a corner. She screamed so badly that Ms. Kelly, the instructor asked Dan to leave the gym, had some other teacher come in just to hold her so she can finish her "routines". But she was truly scared, she screamed some more, she just couldn't be comforted.
She kept telling me about how she didn't like the "caterpiller" when I came home from work. Even in her prayers, she told Jesus that she didn't like the "caterpiller". God only knows what is in a child's mind. And pray that her fear of things will not persist.
