Today is a great day. Kioni advanced to the next level in Kumon Reading, now she is in the CII level. The Kumon teachers are amazed at her ability to comprehend the material at this young age, and so are we! They estimate the advancement to the next level will be in around the end of January, which is not too long from now. In the CII level, Kioni will learn this skill:
Organizing Information
Students develop their reading comprehension, vocabulary and writing skills. Students develop their ability to construct and respond to questions using who, what, where, when and how; to interpret information in charts, as well as to take information from passages and organize it into a chart format; and to write answers independently.
We always bought her a gift when she advanced a level, she wanted another little pony. We have bought the only My Little Pony in Ayala Mall, so we have to go to the SM Mall to see if they have one. We not only found one, but 4! We even found one that Kioni really wanted, a Pegasus pony! When push the heart shape button, the wings flap! She is truly a happy girl today.
