Kioni asked a deep question at dinner tonight:
"Mom, what would happen if someone decided that he will quit being a Christian?"
Wow! I am a bit scared, of course, thinking she might have that thought? At the age of four?
Then I realize that she wanted to know if God still love that person, or if God will get mad at him and tell him he cannot go to heaven anymore.
I then gave her the wonderful and amazing example of Auntie Annie (my sister), whom has 'quit' for a while being a Christian, but God loves her so much that He waited and waited, and eventually, brought her back to Himself.
I suspect we have a little theologian on hand, surprise, surprise!
