2020 Olympics?

Every Thursday going to gym class is an event that she is used to. Her first gym class season started in August of 2005. It first started when Dan needed to find something to do with her during the day, but didn't know what. We wanted something that would allow her to burn off some of the endless energy (at least it seems that way to us, parents). We looked at lots of different things, but they don't accept toddlers that young. She was 18 months old at the time.
We were at an ice-cream store one hot summer day, when a lady walked up to us and started talking with Kioni. She then mentioned that she taught toddlers gym class some years ago. We were not sure if there was anything around this area that would accept kids that young. Dan immediately checked and found that Libertyville Gymnastic Academy has classes for little ones, just for helping with their muscle tones and motor skills. We enrolled her right a way. She took to it like a fish in a pond.
She loves her teacher, Miss Kelly, she loves the circle time, the bubble time, and all the running around that she could do. But she advances quite quickly also into some more mature activities.
Upon knowing we are moving to the Philippines, Miss Kelly told Dan that this child has potential, and that we should keep her in gymnastics in the Philippines. As you can see in one of the photos below where she was in the big gym, she is the smallest and youngest one, but Miss Kelly told Dan that for summer registeration, she should be registered for the more advanced class. She will be staying in the big gym the whole time time, instead of half of the time in the baby gym and half of the time in the big gym.
Do we have any aspiration of her standing on the podium to receive an Olympic gold medal in the 2020 Summer Olympics Games? Not really. Just finding something fun for her to do is wonderful. Now that we are finding out she is good at it, it is even better.
